Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Invio: Invitation Card Maker app (“the App”) provided by TechnoNext Software Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Invio: Invitation Card Maker is a mobile application that allows users to create personalized invitation cards, greeting cards, and social media stories. The App is free to download.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App—including its templates, user interface design, branding, artwork, and underlying technology—are owned by TechnoNext Software Limited.

Users must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or modify any part of the App’s content without prior written permission from TechnoNext Software Limited.

Users are granted a limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of any content or templates from the App is strictly prohibited.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the App. We do not store or claim ownership of user-generated content. All designs, cards, and templates remain on your device unless you choose to share them externally.

Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers optional auto-renewing subscription plans, including:

• Weekly Subscription — includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers
• Monthly Subscription

These subscriptions provide access to premium features and additional content within the App.

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s billing, subscription, and refund policies. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• New users of the Weekly Subscription will receive a 3-day free trial period. After the trial ends, the subscription will automatically begin unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial period expires.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Refunds for subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled solely by Apple, according to their policies.
• Removing the App does not cancel your active subscription.

Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or hack the App
• Create or upload content that is offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, or inappropriate
• Commercially exploit the App or its content without permission

Content Guidelines

To ensure a safe and respectful experience, the following content is strictly prohibited:

• Offensive, vulgar, or abusive language
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or suggestive content
• Content intended to harass, intimidate, or harm others

Repeated violations may result in rejection of content or suspension of App access.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party SDKs and APIs for analytics, crash reporting, and other features. By using the App, you agree to comply with the terms of these third-party providers.

Age Requirement

The App is suitable for all ages. Children under 13 should use the App with parental supervision where required by law.

Data and Privacy

We do not collect or store personal information. All user-generated content remains on your device. Some third-party SDKs may temporarily process technical data such as crash reports or device type. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time without notice for violations of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
